Great location in the city centre, close to attractions and transport options. Good value for money considering the facilities and services provided.

Limited parking options and restrictive entry/exist policy. The rooms are on the smaller side, which may not suit everyone.

the location is great and the rooms are nice. we could visit everything we needed like darling harbour as it was within short walking distance to the hotel. we really enjoyed our stay in metro on pitt.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the middle of the business district and close to Darling Harbour. It is also conveniently located near public transport, with easy access to the main parts of Sydney. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, a safe, and an electric tea kettle. the bathroom has good showers with strong water pressure. the staff is kind and helpful, providing complimentary toiletries and replenishing them when needed. the hotel also offers free wifi in the rooms.

The lobby is quite small, with limited seating available.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, being right beside a shopping centre and close to cafes and restaurants. Additionally, it was conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to reach from the airport or anywhere in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with the rooms and especially the bathrooms being spotless. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay comfortable, ensuring that all my needs were met. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also very nice, providing a great start to the day.

Great location,. We arrived at 9.30a.m. intending to leave our luggage until check-in at 2p.m. Staff requested fast servicing of our room so we could have earlier. Offered to text us when room was ready which was very much appreciated. We had standard queen room, compact, quiet and comfortable, adequate for short stay.

Good location, clean, quiet with friendly staff

Location was convenient with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. the room was decent with comfortable bedding and a clean bathroom. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was fulfilling.

The staff lacked professionalism and organization. the check-in process was frustrating and service was poor.

Conveniently located to Town Hall train, George St, Darling Harbour etc and the room was clean and quiet.

The Superior Queen Room I was given was very small, bearable for one person but not enough room for two unless one of you sat on the bed

excellent position, walking distance to darling harbour, opera house and the bridge. It was a small room but the hotel does tell you that in its promotion. Besides we went to see Sydney not a room,so it was fine with us.

Small room, shower water ran everywhere and into main room which made floor very slippery and as there where not more towels etc to place on floor.

Easy to find. Friendly efficient staff (I only dealt with one person). Only issue was a toilet cistern that leaked all noght making an annoying gurgle.
